Dr Grace Lim is a General Surgeon. Her particular interests lie in treating conditions of the gastrointestinal tract.
She is a valued team member at the Bundaberg Base Hospital since 2012, having moved here from Sydney, and has extensive experience in managing complex patients.
Dr Lim is commencing private practice at the Bundaberg Private Day Hospital by performing endoscopies and surgical treatment of skin cancers.
Dr Lim graduated from Mangalore University, India in 1996 and was awarded MBBS first class.
She completed Masters in General Surgery at the University of Malaya in 2003. She moved to Sydney in 2008 and completed a fellowship in Upper GI and HPB surgery in Liverpool Hospital, Sydney in 2011. In 2014 she became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
Grace enjoys growing strawberries in winter, and relaxes in summer with her family.
